One of the greatest hurdles in blogging is what to write about. Of late I’ve been maintaining an ideas list. I don’t refer to it regularly because I only want to use it when I REALLY cannot think up something,and here I am with one of those Ideas..yes! shaking things up!
Sometimes life can feel as if you’re spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere. Often, the more you do, the less progress you seem to be making. That’s when you need to find ways to shake up your life, get out of that rut and back on the road to fulfillment, Altering the routine, enhancing productivity. and by productivity I don't mean just that material productivity concerning our jobs, finances or running the errands, but spiritual gain, that sense of fulfillment, that sense of being worthy of something, instead of feeling like a loser.
Often we found ourselves so dangerously addicted to the routines that we are so scared of letting them go, despite being so sure of how badly we dislike them, still we find ourselves reluctant for trying to get out of the rut and give ourselves a new lease of life. So the first question I pose is;
Are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and take a few risks?
Most of our other physical, mental, and emotional disorders are caused or exacerbated by stress as well. And this stress is basically caused by working too hard and taking life too seriously.The two of course go hand in glove. And it’s this sort of insanity that drives people with plenty to want more and better. Where nothing is ever good enough or enough enough. Which is always perception.
Few easy tips to for a change!

time to do it! Set a goal, make a plan, and start taking small steps to get there. You’ll be amazed
at the renewed sense of purpose you’ll feel as you cross off smaller accomplishments on your way
to the bigger goal.
