Fashion trends for Men in 2011

Some of the new fashion trends for men in 2011 are Velvet Blazers, jackets, pants, Deep Blue colors, Soft Colored Coats, White Pants, Oxford Shoes, Maxi Cardigans, Shiny Suits, and printed Scarves. Business suits are now seen with a splash of color such as cream, dark red, dark brown, or striped grey.
Men have long been wearing safe almost boring clothing styles for so long, it’s time to give the male of our species a choice for his particular fashion sense. The shiny and velvet style of suits this coming 2011 season is so Dandyish, a welcome return of the well dressed and chic urban man.
The Glam Rock star, City Sophisticate and Urban Gentleman has risen again, only this time much more put together and sophisticated! Men have often just about given up on even having any style, now the chic male has returned. Hollywood is no longer just for sighting women celebrity style. Fashion is exciting again for men.
The new cut for men’s suit accents the masculine appeal through three key elements to the silhouette which are broad shoulders, slim trousers, and a slim waist. These cuts would make a military man proud. There are some great looks inspired from the  40’s and 50’s men’s wear styles. Some of these are aviator jackets and boots with shearing, and great coats.
Although men’s clothing is becoming more elegant the new hair styles for men are more disheveled looking. With less structure and imperfection of the cut, men’s hair trends are less groomed looking, more messy, dark, dirtier themes. Men’s hair is a contrast to the elegant clothing shown on the runways.
This new trend in men’s hair could be reflecting the wild, masculine nature of the beast or vampire trends that are taking over the movie and television scene. Chaos with an elegance is the word of the men’s newest fashion trends.
Jewelry for men this season is all about big statements. Chunky pendent paired with large neck chains are so hot now. No more “less is more” when it comes to jewelry trends for men. You’ll see men wearing much more jewelry now.
